today met up with the camp committee for the first meeting and also seeing their first draft for the proposal.
comments are that, your are too brief.
need to spend the extra effort to actually put the thinking thoughts down into the paper so that as i read, i do not have to do the thinking also.
if not then the proposal gets very tedious as every explanation needs you to go one by one.
so maybe your can pay more attention to the details and be more precise?
also, to thank your for staying back and spending the time to plan and suffer those few hours.
i was more lenient on the first draft.. i will be more demanding as the deadline draws nearer.
so be prepared for major changes and urgent meetings or rushed deadlines.
what i want by the next meeting is the following:
Timeline for Campers and Committee.
Supporting Members list.
Location needed throughout the camp.
Games Introduction, Arrangement.
Content Page, Objective of the camp.
take note of these few points..
i will inform the next meeting, lastest by thursday?
