just like to address a few points in CO.
the CO Nite is over and i wish to take this opportunity to ask all of your to reflect upon this experience.
did you guys fared well personally?
or were your very nervous?
the secondary one students, how did you feel during the concert.?
hope you can ask yourself such questions and from there, improve. :)
first,we got to be aware of what are our strengths and flaws.
then we accept them.
and we adapt with them!
i am not telling you guys that, you cannot be NERVOUS on stage.
everyone will bound to be nervous!
but we need to make the nervousness constuctive!
if not, it will be destructive.
another point is that our attendance of certain members are not regular.
can the Secion Leaders please follow up with these people's case?
we cannot afford to have them come and go as they please.
it will be very difficult on our practices.
so please try your best in getting all members to attend.
or have VALID reasons if they are not attending.
the practice is still too noisy and it is not productive at all.
SAME instructions have to be repeated OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
its not just once or twice, but EVERYTIME!.
and when conductor is coaching a certain group, the rest of the groups,
can your please do not chat loudly or practise?
it is very irritating to have all sorts of instruments' sounds and the chattering.
i do not wish to shout or chase people out of the room.
but if it leaves me no choice, then i got to do it.
so please be incharge of your own discipline during practice hours.
next is that, we need to have better sense of urgency,
be it before or after practice.
we can see people taking their time to set up and still chit chatting along thier way.
even if we are late.
committee members, can we all take charge in rushing them to get ready faster for practice?
and even when keeping instruments, please rush.
so that meeting starts and end fast.
:) thank you.
